Students are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use course materials for personal educational purposes only. You may not:

• Use materials for commercial purposes

Any unauthorized use of our intellectual property may result in immediate termination of services and legal action.

We do not guarantee specific learning outcomes or language proficiency levels, as individual results may vary based on effort, aptitude, and other factors beyond our control.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Torvannis, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your violation of these Terms, your use of our services, or your violation of any rights of another party.

Force Majeure

Torvannis shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, government actions, labor disputes, or other unforeseen events. Governing Law

Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement for services with reasonable notice. Torvannis reserves the right to terminate services immediately for:

• Inappropriate conduct or behavior

Upon termination, your right to use our services and access course materials will cease immediately. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed according to our refund policy.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the remaining Terms will remain in full force and effect.

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any specific course agreements, constitute the entire agreement between you and Torvannis regarding the use of our services and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
